Our program is designed to help youth facing challenges, like bullying and insecurity, build confidence and resilience through a unique combination of fitness training and mentorship. Mentorship
Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor, or even multiple co-mentors, to provide well-rounded guidance and support. Participants have the option to join with a friend or meet new friends in group settings, fostering a sense of community.
Mentors play a crucial role in helping youth navigate personal challenges, build confidence, and develop resilience. They are not just fitness guides but also role models who offer emotional support and life skills coaching.

Fitness Training
Our fitness training sessions are designed to be flexible and accommodating, offered in both individual and group settings. Whether participants prefer working out one-on-one with their mentor or alongside peers in a group, we tailor the experience to fit your preferences and schedules.
We provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions based on your availability, ensuring that you get the attention you need. Each participant receives a customized workout program aligned with their goals, fitness level, and schedule for the best possible results.

Meal Prep Program
As an additional component, we offer a meal prep program where participants can receive protein-packed, flavorful meals each week. This program also includes providing a satisfying protein snack after workouts, tailored to meet dietary restrictions and nutritional needs.
